Billing
Your membership fee will be automatically billed each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date. You may book appointments at any time, and your member discount will be applied at checkout. Please note that gratuity is not included in your membership benefits.
If the card on file is declined, we will contact you for an updated payment method. If no response is received within 30 days, your membership will be canceled, and any unused facials will be forfeited. Membership fees are non-refundable. By enrolling in the membership, you authorize Namaste Nail Sanctuary to charge your card on file for the full monthly membership amount. Should there be any changes to your membership rate, we will notify you via email at least 30 days in advance.
NO Minimum Commitment
Your membership will transition to a month-to-month basis and can be canceled anytime without penalty.
To cancel, you must submit a written request via email admin@namasteskinsanctuary.com at least seven (7) days before your next billing cycle. Verbal, text, or phone cancellations will not be accepted. Once your membership is canceled, any unused facials will be forfeited.
Membership Credit
Each billing cycle, you will receive one Refreshing mani-pedi combo or Signature Membership Facial credit, valid for 180 days from the date of issue. Expired credits cannot be reinstated or refunded. If you choose to cancel your membership, any remaining, unused facial credits will be forfeited. Your membership will continue to be billed unless you submit a request to freeze or cancel.
Gifting
Members may gift up to three (3) Enlighted mani-pedi combo or Namaste Signature Facial per calendar year to friends or family. To initiate a gift transfer, please email your dedicated studio with the recipient’s details.
Membership Freeze
You may freeze your membership for up to six (6) months per calendar year, and the months do not have to be consecutive. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days before your next billing cycle. Please note that freezing your membership does not extend the validity of your existing facial or mani-pedi combo credits, which will still expire 180 days from their original issuance date.
Membership Discounts
Membership discounts apply only from the start date of your membership and cannot be applied retroactively. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified.
